The hotel is located so close to the beautiful beach, amazing pools, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with room service twice a day and a fully stocked mini-bar. However, the service can be inconsistent at times, with some staff members being more attentive than others. Price is relatively high but worth it for the location and amenities.

Staying at this hotel with Tranquility Soaking Tub was an absolute delight. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly well-appointed with a full set of toiletries, a hairdryer, a safe, umbrella, ironing facilities, dressing gowns, slippers, and a stocked fridge with various drinks. The service was exceptional, with super friendly and attentive staff who made me feel extra special. The location was perfect, surrounded by immaculate gardens and lovely low-rise buildings, close to sister hotels and a beautiful beach. The dining options were good with plenty of choices and a decent buffet. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent amenities.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms had everything we needed, including a fantastic selection of premium spirits, wine, and beers. While they were clean but not spotless, they were very spacious, with a comfy king-size bed, and a lovely bathroom featuring a great huge shower. The pool winding along the hideaway rooms added to the charm. The service was phenomenal, especially considering it was Sandals; all credit to the staff who made our holiday unforgettable. The location was perfect, with easy access to sister hotels and impeccable surroundings that truly felt like paradise. The dining experience was pleasant, offering a good selection of food with a beautiful view. Overall, a great value for money.
